Well, Asher, I'm really enjoying my last few days of winter break. Today we went to Andrea Herron's mommy and me group. You loved looking at all the other babies and I got a lot of useful information about breastfeeding, starting solids, and sleep. You were so tuckered out from watching all the interesting people that you slept all the way home and for a while after we got in the house.

This afternoon we have been playing nonstop. You had some tummy time and are getting pretty good at keeping your head up. You were trying to get on your knees but the blanket on the hardwood was slippery. I'd like to get you a mat or some foam tiles so you can tumble around without hurting yourself. You like to look in the mirror, so we did a bit of that. You just catch the eye of that other baby, smile, and laugh. Of course daddy came in and played around with you. We practiced sitting and sometimes you can stay up by yourself if you use one or both arms for balance. Hopefully we can get you rolling soon!
